Refund policy

You have fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the item to return it.

Your request should be sent by e-mail to [email protected]  

Once we have received your return request, Beautigloo Customer Service will contact you to advise you on how to proceed.

The returned item must be new, in its original packaging and include all accessories. If these conditions are not met, the item cannot be returned.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 working days of receipt of your return package. Delivery charges are not refundable.
